We do not allow for returns. However, under certain specific circumstances (significant quality issues to the item documented within 3 days of its delivery), we do allow for refunds.
To initiate a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your refund is accepted, we’ll initiate a refund through our payment processor. Please dispose of any items for which refunds are approved, rather than attempting to return them, with the exception of items delivered in error, in which case, you will receive instructions via firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
